The Brand

Onwards Sports Nutrition blends multiple cultures. Our brand name reflects the founder's British-Born Chinese heritage, with the Chinese characters for "onwards" (向前) visually woven into our logo. These characters were hand-painted by the founder's father using traditional ink and brush calligraphy.
The name embodies a spirit of confronting challenges and pushing beyond limits. Onwards Sports Nutrition's supplements exemplify this ethos and our desire to innovate.
Frustrated with underdosed and overpriced products from major brands, our founder embarked on a journey to build his own supplement brand in 2023. After more than 10 months of rigorous research, planning, and preparation, the first Onwards products launched in January 2024—and quickly sold out. We strive to transcend industry norms, forging ahead to create industry-leading, best-in-class products.
