Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and the product is in its original condition. Furthermore, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.
To process a return please contact us via the CONTACT US page with the following information:
Order number
Product to be returned
Reason for returning
Refund or alternative product to be sent
Note: There will be a charge of £3.99 for returning your item, this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Damages, Issues or Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item or there is damage to the product, please contact us via the CONTACT US page so we can evaluate the issue at hand and provide solutions.
Please include the following information:
Order number
Product to be returned
Description of fault/issue/damage (with photos if applicable)
Refund or replacement to be sent
After we have investigated the issue, we can process a full refund, or send a replacement.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
